What You’ll Do
Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions across diverse customer projectsWrite clean, modular Python code to prototype and productionize models and pipelinesCollaborate directly with clients to define technical requirements and iterate quicklyDeploy and maintain AI systems using Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)Lead architecture discussions and guide best practices within a small, agile teamMust-Have Skills
Strong AI developer including prompting, fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, vector DBsStrong software engineering skills in PythonStrong AI fundamentals, whether through academic study or applied data science workExperience building modular, scalable, testable systemsDeploying and maintaining systems on AWS or GCP using DockerAble to design solutions, refine requirements, give strong estimates, and build to a planComfortable owning the delivery of full solutions, end to endNaturally curious, tech-forward, and eager and willing to explore new toolsStrong communicator; comfortable working directly with clientsNice-to-Haves
