TL;DR
🤓 We are on the lookout for a B2B Growth Marketing Lead with a proven track record in a Product-Led Sales environment for B2B SaaS.
You will play a key role in bringing Photoroom’s API and automation to the world in a way that sparks curiosity and adoption across different types of businesses. You will drive awareness, acquisition, adoption, and usage expansion through creative and product-led strategies. This involves experimenting with new ways to engage potential customers with Photoroom’s features.
The ideal candidate is a resourceful and data-driven growth marketer with a knack for creative experimentation, experience in Product-Led B2B SaaS, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

🇪🇺 We are flexible: you can work from anywhere in Europe or come to the office more often.

✨ About the role ✨
Growth strategies: develop and implement growth strategies, in particular for Photoroom’s API, to generate interest and showcase its potential. Identify and engage the right audience, ensuring they clearly see how they can automate image editing across millions of images and are motivated to learn more.
Creative growth hack: use unconventional, creative, and data-driven tactics to reach the right audience and drive adoption of Photoroom automation capabilities, including no-code soltions. Run experiments, test new channels, and optimize based on results.
PLG strategies: leverage the product as the main driver for marketing, user acquisition, and education. Create strategies that naturally guide users through the product experience, generating high-quality leads and feeding the sales pipeline.
Optimize user onboarding: design and implement seamless onboarding experiences for the API that enable users to realize the API’s value quickly, reducing time-to-activation and driving long-term engagement.
Cross-functional collaboration work closely with the Enterprise, Product, and RevOps teams to bridge the gap between what we do today and how we bring it to the world. Help surface use cases that resonate with potential customers and drive viral adoption.

Growth hacking mindset: you find creative ways to get in front of the right people and drive adoption in unexpected ways.
5+ years experience in growth: you’ve successfully driven adoption and engagement in a product-led environment.
PLG expertise: deep understanding of product-led growth principles and experience implementing PLG strategies in a SaaS environment.
0 to 1 experience: you’re successfull building from scratch and in fast-moving environments where you can test, iterate, and scale.
You understand how an API works: you don’t need prior API growth experience, but you should be able to position the API in a way that’s easy to understand and accessible for different types of businesses.
Data-driven mindset: you use your analytical skills to run experiments to uncover and scale new growth opportunities.
Ideally, you have experience engaging with Enterprise customers.
Excited about AI: you’re passionate about AI and understand the GenAI landscape, finding creative ways to leverage it within Photoroom’s products.
