What you'll be doing:
Conduct detailed business analysis to understand business processes, workflows, and systemsGather, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholdersTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Developers, and other specialists, to design and implement solutionsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements to business operations and systemsCreate comprehensive test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications to ensure the developed solutions meet the business needsLead and support the User Acceptance Testing process, coordinating with Business Users and Developers to facilitate successful testing cyclesAnalyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders to support decision-makingCreate detailed business cases for make-or-buy SaaS decisions, providing findings and recommendations to enable informed decisions by leadership and stakeholdersAssist in the preparation of project plans, timelines, and resource allocationMonitor project progress and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise
What you'll bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldProven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar roleStrong understanding of business processes, systems, and data analysisExperience using process diagramming tools (e.g., Lucid Chart, Microsoft Visio or similar)Experience with requirements gathering and documentationProven experience in Salesforce CRM implementation or enhancement, or enterprise applications such as ERP or HCM systemsFamiliarity with APIs, and web app integration platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, or similar)Proven track record of successfully working on cross-functional projects within an organizationExperience influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peersAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsCandidates with experience in the AdTech industry, a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), certifications in Business Analysis (CCBA, CBAP), Agile Certification, Six Sigma Yellow or Black Belt, and proficiency with project management software (e.g., Smartsheets or similar) will be preferred
