WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING AT EXPRESSABLE
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
Supervise a team of care coordinators, specialists and team lead, providing coaching, mentorship, and ongoing performance management.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, and client satisfaction.
Conduct regular performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing coaching strategies to enhance effectiveness.
Operational Excellence & Client Experience:
Oversee daily activities of the Care Coordination team to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality service delivery.
Implement and enforce structured quality assurance processes based on service metrics.
Develop and maintain best practices for handling client interactions, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
Process Improvement & Implementation:
Identify gaps in care coordination processes and develop solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Support the execution of new tools, programs, and procedures to enhance the care coordination function.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with overall company goals and service standards.
Issue Resolution & Escalations:
Serve as the escalation point for complex client issues, working to resolve concerns promptly and effectively.
Partner with other departments to address service challenges and streamline cross-functional workflows.
Training & Onboarding:
Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new hires to ensure team success.
Develop and maintain training agendas and all materials necessary to ensure successful onboarding.
Ensure team members are proficient in internal systems, tools, and workflows necessary for their role.
WHAT YOU BRING TO EXPRESSABLE
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Preferred)
3+ years of experience in healthcare coordination, client services, or a similar field.
2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role, managing teams in a customer service or healthcare environment.
Experience analyzing service metrics to improve team performance and client outcomes.
