We’re looking for a Commercial Operations Associate to manage our contracting workflow and support our documentation/knowledge management for the Commercial team. This role reports to the Vice President of Commercial Operations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage Garner’s contracts workflow end-to-end for new client sales, new advisor partners, and renewals / upsells for existing clients.
- Support the Commercial Team in managing its content library, including clean-up, version control, and organization.
- Support the Commercial Team in designing and documenting workflows and processes.
- Perform data entry and clean-up in Salesforce, Outreach, and other tools to support ad-hoc and regular data analysis.
- Support high-visibility, special projects for the Commercial Team, such as in-person meetings, product rollouts, and more.
The ideal candidate has:
- 2+ years of experience in a related role such as Operations, Deal Desk, or Contract Management. Sales, enablement, and customer success experience are also considered.
- A keen eye for detail and exacting quality standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to edit written materials for clarity and structure in a business environment
- Organizational skills and a passion for streamlining and simplifying
- Problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
- Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment
- A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system

The target salary range for this position is $60,000- $85,000.Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
