The Role
As our Content Manager, you’ll be the live wire that electrifies our presence across social platforms while strategically managing all pieces of written content. Your mission is to grow and engage our audience, primarily on X (formerly Twitter), while building an ecosystem of educational and inspirational articles that highlights Spark’s value across both our internal blog and external platforms like Medium.
This is a startup role, so you’ll be expected to wear many hats—from meme wizard to content strategist—bringing creativity, flexibility, and enthusiasm to the table. Your First 6 Months
Spark conversations on X and beyond, establishing us as the go-to platform for decentralized trading and automation.
Develop and execute a content strategy that includes engaging social media posts and impactful long-form articles that educate and inspire.
Create a torrent of posts, memes, and threads that simplify complex DeFi concepts while producing high-value educational and inspirational articles.
Build a loyal, charged-up community of traders, developers, and DeFi enthusiasts through relatable, creative, and actionable content.
Experiment boldly: Test new formats, trending memes, and content approaches to amplify our reach and engagement.
Lay the foundation for a viral content ecosystem that showcases our edge and use cases while fostering genuine connections with the community.
Grow our community to become a tier-1 project with over 200K followers on X and elevate us to the forefront of crypto conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Social Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a social media strategy that puts us at the center of the DeFi conversation, focusing on X as your base while expanding across platforms like Telegram, Discord, and YouTube.
Content Management: Strategize, write, and oversee all written content, including educational articles, blog posts, and other materials designed to inspire and inform the community.
Meme Magic: Create and curate meme-driven content that resonates with traders, crypto enthusiasts, and meme lords alike. Think fast, post faster.
Community Engagement: Keep your finger on the pulse of crypto trends, trading memes, and DeFi news to drive engagement and spark conversations.
Daily Content Production: Publish a high volume of quality posts daily across platforms, and other engaging pieces of content, ensuring consistency and creativity.
DeFi Simplified: Transform our offerings into compelling narratives, from workflow automation to token launches, with a playful yet easy to understand tone.
Analytics & Optimization: Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies, maximize engagement, and amplify content reach.
Collaborations & Partnerships: Work with influencers, projects, and trading communities to create co-branded content that amplifies our presence.
Trendspotting: Stay on top of market trends, social algorithms, and viral moments to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Knowledge & Experience
Content Strategist: Proven experience in planning and managing content, with a strong portfolio of viral posts, impactful articles and engaging narratives.
Meme Mastery: You live and breathe memes, knowing how to tap into humor and trends to engage a crypto-savvy audience.
DeFi Fluency: A deep understanding of crypto trading, DeFi concepts, and the broader blockchain space.
Xpertise on X: Proven experience managing a high-traffic X account, with a knack for creating threads, polls, and viral content.
Creative & Consistent: Ability to produce a high volume of content daily without compromising on creativity or quality.
