Procurify is the AI-enhanced Procurement, AP, Expense & Payment automation platform for the Mid-Market. We make it easy for organizations to take control of spend and save money. We’re looking for a talented and team-driven Customer Support Advocate to join us on our journey.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Procurify is looking for a tech savvy, curious, and empathetic person who is passionate about customer experience and support.

You are a person with a knack for understanding how things work, solving problems, and you’re motivated by helping our customers achieve the best version of themselves.

Everyone at Procurify is a team player. A big part of this role involves building relationships internally and externally and advocating for our customers. We’re seeking entrepreneurial people who are willing to challenge the status quo and contribute to larger strategic objectives.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Support all inbound technical questions through chat, email, and video calls - your goal will be to provide an effortless, efficient user experience!

  • Follow through with each and every customer from problem to solution - never settle for seeing things less than end to end (troubleshooting, problem solving, thinking outside the box - the whole nine yards!)

  • Be a customer advocate to ensure product feedback is passed to the product and engineering teams

  • Schedule video conference calls when necessary to discuss and walk through customer setup/support questions

  • Identify, reproduce, and document bugs for the development team to address.

  • Being an expert with all of Procurify’s features and functionality, including integrations that extend outside of our core platform.

  • Be a contributor to our knowledge base and be a champion to encourage our users to use self-serve resources

  • Can look beyond the direct customer issue and understand the “why” behind what they are trying to achieve and suggest best practices for workflow improvements

  • Work as a cohesive team, think outside the box, contribute to areas of the business to drive a better user experience, improve processes and increase operational efficiency

  • Help uncover and identify growth opportunities

Who we’re looking for:

  • 1 – 2 years experience in a customer facing role providing services and consulting on a variety of technical matters

  • Confidence troubleshooting both web and mobile software applications

  • Exceptional communicator with a demonstrable ability to make complex concepts easy for everyone to understand

  • Naturally curious and driven to explore new things (and a passion for taking things apart and understanding how and why they work, too)

  • Experience with and a demonstrable passion for advocating customer needs to other internal teams

  • High level of emotional intelligence to cater communications accordingly

  • On Target Earnings Range: $55,000 - $70,000 (This range is dependent on experience, with a component of these earnings made up of variable pay and not inclusive of any benefits or equity that might exist in your total compensation package.)
