Responsibilities:
Specific:Working independently and also under guidance to support customers in line with scoped projects and managed services agreements to:Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters on AWSAutomate deployment, monitoring, and management of applications in a cloud environmentCollaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and continuous deliveryMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructureImplement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standardsDevelop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormationProvide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectivelyStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our servicesDeploy updates and fixes, and provide Level 2 technical supportBuild tools to reduce occurrence of errors and improve customer experiencePerform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant fieldExperience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering roleProficiency with Git and GitHub workflowsGood knowledge of Terraform and/or CloudFormationWorking knowledge of databases and SQLProblem-solving attitudeCollaborative team spiritStrong communication skillsAbility to work comfortably in fast-paced environmentsA self-starter
