This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. As a Revenue Operations Director at Vida, you will play an integral role driving initiatives that increase enrollment and activation and reduce churn from Vida members. You will work closely with finance to monitor revenue fluctuations and variance to forecast, particularly for large accounts. This cross functional role entails working internally across marketing, client success, analytics, finance and product to drive high impact actions that materially move Vida’s revenue operations KPIs. This role requires a high level of project management, comfort with using data/analytics to drive decision making, communication and internal relationship building.
