About the Role
We are seeking a summer intern to support our Growth team. Partnering with department leaders, you’ll gain hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
Customer Acquisition & Retention (strategizing ways to attract and keep users)
Business Development (identifying and pursuing growth opportunities)
Competitive Analysis (researching and benchmarking industry trends)
Revenue Strategy (exploring monetization tactics)
Growth Analytics (analyzing conversion rates, user engagement, etc.)
The ideal candidate is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in relative field, is curious, open, and willing to learn. You seek out opportunities to help others and have a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude—no job is too big or too small.
What You'll Do
Projects or scope of work could include:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for expansion
Assist in developing and executing strategies for customer acquisition and retention
Analyze user data and engagement metrics to optimize growth initiatives
Support A/B testing efforts and performance tracking for marketing and sales campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve conversion rates and user experience
Assist in researching and identifying new revenue streams or product expansion opportunities
Develop reports and insights on customer behavior, trends, and key growth KPIs
Support lead generation efforts by researching potential clients and outreach strategies
Assist with pricing strategy research and data-driven decision-making
Present findings and recommendations to the Growth team to refine business strategies

Compensation & Work Setup
Compensation: $20/hour
Duration: Full-time, June 10, 2025 – August 16, 2025
Location: Remote (within the US)
Technology Stipend: Interns will receive a $100/month stipend to subsidize technology/internet costs. Interns must provide their own laptops.
