Project ManagementTeam managementWorking with the HubShots Framework to optimize client HubSpot portals Analyzing and optimizing HubSpot campaignsPlanning new campaignsMaking sure tracking is set up properlyReporting on campaign results, and insights and looking for opportunities to improve strategiesPresenting insights and trends for clientsWorking on sales processes and pipelinesImplementing ticket pipelines and processesBuilding surveysAdd/edit/update tasks in our Teamwork project management systemFollow up tasks, keep them on track, and highlight any tasks running lateOrganize and delegate tasks to the teamReporting on campaign results, and insights and looking for opportunities to improve strategies.Manage jobs with our graphic designerManage jobs with our FB Ads and Google Ads specialistsManage tasks with the implementation teamPrepare timesheet reports and breakdowns in spreadsheetsPrepare client reports from Google Analytics, social channels and other toolsKeep Google Drive organisedWeekly checks of things like Google Search Console and Google Analytics for clientsWorking on HubSpot Marketing Hub Tools, HubSpot Sales Hub Tools, HubSpot Service Hub Tools and HubSpot Content HubTo be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong HubSpot skills across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub, and the following:HubSpot Marketing Hub tools, including Social, Ads, Lists, Emails, Forms (regular and popup), CTAs, Workflows, Landing pages, Dashboards and Reports.HubSpot Sales Hub tools, including Sales, Dashboards and Reports, Goals and Forecasting.HubSpot Service Hub tools, including Ticket pipelines, Automation, Surveys, Dashboards and Reports, Inboxes and Helpdesk.Experience working inhouse on HubSpot or for a HubSpot agencyExcellent communication skills internally with your team and externally with clientsExcellent time management and organizational skills and great communication skills via Zoom/Teams/Meet, email, and Slack Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google CalendarKnowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag ManagerKnows the basics of how Google Ads and Facebook Ads work Knowledge of SEO and marketing strategies is a bonus but not a requirement
