Responsibilities:
Project Management of HubSpot projects.HubSpot strategy, implementation and training.Coordinating with internal team members and clients to provide the desired outcome in an effective way.Consistent training to increase your HubSpot skills and stay up to date with new releases and beta programs.To be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong HubSpot skills across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub, and the following:HubSpot Marketing Hub tools, including Social, Ads, Lists, Emails, Forms (regular and popup), CTAs, Workflows, Landing pages, Dashboards and ReportsHubSpot Sales Hub tools, including Sales pipelines, Sequences, Dashboards and Reports, Goals and ForecastingHubSpot Service Hub tools, including Ticket pipelines, Automation, Surveys, Dashboards and Reports, Inboxes and HelpdeskExperience working inhouse on HubSpot or for a HubSpot agency, Excellent communication skills internally with your team and externally with client and Excellent time management and organizational skillsGreat communication skills via Zoom/Teams/Meet, email, and SlackStrong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar, Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag ManagerKnows the basics of how Google Ads and Facebook Ads workKnowledge of SEO and marketing strategies is a bonus but not a requirementPast experience in a client-facing roleExcellent communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsExperience with Google suite tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, etc) is ideal, OR a readiness to learn3+ years of deep experience with HubSpot across Marketing, Sales and ideally Services HubAbility to work in a team environment and also on your own, while meeting deadlines
