Job Description

The Systems Engineer designs and implements complex systems in Corporate, Operational Technology, and customer environments. They ensure integration, provide support, and troubleshoot issues while working with cross-functional teams to enhance infrastructure performance and reliability. You will offer senior IT support and align IT with business goals, deliver technical support, perform pre-sales, and ensure seamless operations.

You will offer senior IT support and align IT with business goals, deliver technical support, perform pre-sales, and ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle internal and external project-based work
  • Work on cybersecurity, process improvements, automation, and operational projects
  • Serve as an escalation point for the service desk team
  • Conduct project scoping and risk assessment
  • To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience/Background/Technical Skills:
  • Expert Level in IT Services / high level of exp working in IT and IT support.
  • A strong understanding of Cybersecurity and Vulnerability management.
