Responsibilities:
Architect, develop, and deploy custom Power Platform solutions, focusing on Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.Design and build PCF components using ReactJS and MUI/Fluent UI to enhance user experience and extend functionality.Develop custom Power Platform plugins using .NET and C# to optimize business logic and system integrations.Manage and optimize Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and ensure continuous integration.Conduct requirement analysis, estimations, and strategic planning for new features and system enhancements.Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing Power Platform applications to ensure peak performance and reliabilityCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization.Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed.To be successful in this role, you will have:
Power Platform Expertise: Strong experience in Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, PCF components, and pluginsPCF Development: Expertise in ReactJS, MUI/Fluent UI, and TypeScript for building robust PCF componentsPlugin Development: Proficiency in .NET and C# for creating and managing Power Platform pluginsAzure DevOps & CI/CD: Proven ability to manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient deliverySolution Architecture & Analysis: Experience in designing scalable and efficient Power Platform solutionsDebugging & Performance Optimization: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve performance issuesStakeholder Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and business usersLeadership & Mentorship: Experience leading development teams and guiding junior developers.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Dataverse, Power apps, PCF, Plugins, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 integrations.Knowledge of Azure services.Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, and REST APIs for advanced customizations.Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400, PL-200, PL-900).
