The Level 2-3 Engineer role is a generalized support role, working closely with two IT Engineers in Australia. The role will entail a mixture of dealing with automated tickets via RMM and client-initiated tickets. The primary responsibility of the role is to provide desktop, server, network and cloud infrastructure support to various clients. Technical areas covered will include operating systems, applications, Cyber Security, switches, routers, managed services, scripting, log analysis and vulnerability management.

  • Microsoft 365 Apps
  • Batch files & PowerShell Scripting
  • Windows System Administration
  • Linux System Administration
  • Vulnerability Management
  • To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a managed services provider environment or an IT provider working with multiple customers

  • Technical Skills:
  • Valid Microsoft Certifications (highly regarded)
  • PowerShell Scripting
  • Understanding of Networking, Domain Names and DNS
  • Microsoft 365 Administration (Intune, Entra, SharePoint etc)
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools for ticket logging and escalation
