About the Role:
The ideal candidate has a track record of success in roles at growing companies, ideally at a tech, healthcare or consumer startup. You love both building and optimizing, and both strategizing and doing. You are a structured and creative thinker, able to toggle easily between the big themes and the little details. You love data and customer insights and you can prove your ability to learn new systems quickly. And you love working with smart colleagues of varied expertise who share a commitment to putting the customer first!
You Will:
Own Facebook campaign execution, including budget pacing, optimization, and strategy development.
Prepare and deliver detailed reporting materials, including performance reports, presentations, and structured readouts for key tests (i.e. creative themes, holidays).
Partner with the product managers, product marketers and editorial teams to identify and address business opportunities
Seamless triangulate between MMM, MTA and Conversion Lift Study readouts to guide your investment strategy
Analyze impact, rapidly testing hypotheses and conducting data analysis with a goal of constantly improving the metrics
Collaborate with Creative, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Analytics and Product Marketing, to develop and execute a testing strategy and roadmap across measurement, creative, and in-platform optimizations
Manage the creative production roadmap with external performance creative agencies as well as in-house creative teams
Work closely with our Meta account team, navigating Alphas, Betas and measurement opportunities
Lead cross-functional teams on projects to help us grow
Continuously build business relationships across functional teams
You Have:
Facebook Ads Manager experience required
Bachelor's Degree
6+ years of professional experience with evidence of increasing responsibility e-commerce marketing and owning a budget required
Relevant client-side experience
Experience owning an annual performance budget in the 8-figures
Deep experience in marketing measurement
Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Creative problem-solver with excitement to work on cross-functional teams and projects
