The team operates 24/7 to ensure the reliability of our expanding fleet of monitoring devices, rapidly detecting and classifying anomalies, and reporting critical events to customers. By leveraging analytics we continuously refine workflows, optimize decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency to scale effectively. Role Description
The Manager of the Remote Operations Center is responsible for leading a team of remote operators responsible for 24/7 real-time grid monitoring, ensuring timely detection and classification of anomalies and critical grid events. The ideal candidate will have experience as a senior member or leader of a real-time operations team, with a strong ability to manage multiple workflows and competing priorities in real-time. This role requires a blend of leadership, analytical experience, and technical skills to support the scaling of monitoring capabilities.
