Responsibilities:
Proactive and reactive support and monitoring of enterprise network infrastructures.Troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.Incident, problem, and change management.Vulnerability Management.Monitoring and Reporting.Assisting with the implementation of solutions based on Check Point, Cisco, SentinelOne, Netskope, Tenable, and other vendors' technologies.Undertaking industry and vendor training for compliance and technical development within your role.Participating in customer meetings.Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practicesTo be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience/Background/Technical Skills:3-5+ years of experience in the technologies listed below, or more general experience in IT (depth of experience in Cisco and Check Point); understanding and good grasp of deployments in different environments.Extensive experience supporting and maintaining Check Point Security Infrastructure and Cloud Services, as well as Cisco WAN, LAN, and WiFi infrastructures and their related systems in enterprise environmentsExperience supporting and maintaining VMware Virtualization environmentsExperience supporting and maintaining security solutions in Azure and AWSExperience in a service provider environment supporting enterprise customersExperience working with IT ticketing and monitoring systemsFuture participation in on-call rostering for 24x7 support

Current Industry Certifications:Check Point Certified Security Expert + Check Point Certified Troubleshooting Expert or higher (CCSE + CCTE / CCSM / CCSM Elite)Cisco Certified Network Associate or higher (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE)
