About the Role:

Hims & Hers is looking for a Pharmacy Regulations Analyst to join our dynamic and collaborative Licensing team. This non-attorney role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Pharmacy Operations team by monitoring and analyzing legislation and regulatory developments that affect our pharmacy operations at both state and federal levels.

You Will:

  • Research, track, and report on pharmacy legislative, regulatory, and current law developments across all 50 states and at the federal level with a focus on pharmacy operations.

  • Maintain up-to-date internal tracking systems for proposed bills, rules, and regulatory board activities relevant to our business.

  • Provide concise updates and actionable insights to the Licensing and Pharmacy Ops teams on regulatory trends and developments.

  • Work closely with the Legal and Public Policy teams to evaluate changes and develop a comprehensive understanding of the impact to our internal pharmacy network.

  • Develop subject matter expertise in key areas such as pharmacy and pharmacist licensure, as well as reporting, and continuing education requirements

  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including the Boards of Pharmacy, to assess the impact of proposed and finalized regulations.

  • Contribute to the company’s broader legislative strategy by providing regulatory insights that align with business goals.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in pharmaceutical sciences, healthcare administration, or equivalent work experience in a related field

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in regulatory research roles—preferably within a regulatory agency or healthcare-related organization.

  • Familiarity with legislative tracking tools (e.g., Bula, RxReconn, State Net) is preferred, but not required.

  • Direct experience with pharmacy operations, compounding, and pharmacy regulations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex regulatory language for internal stakeholders.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Collaborative, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
