Role Overview
As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the UX and UI of our AI-powered platform. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to design and refine features that enhance productivity and decision-making for sales professionals. You should have strong visual and interaction design skills, experience working with AI-driven products, and a user-centric mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes, from research and ideation to prototyping and handoff
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into user-friendly experiences
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices
- Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with AI-driven or data-intensive products is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution
- Understanding of front-end development principles, frameworks and libraries (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Tailwind) is a plus
Compensation range for this role if located in the Canada.
$70,000—$100,000 CAD
