In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives within Fund Finance, including broker onboarding, fund and share class launches, and new instrument rollouts. You will collaborate with teams across the organization to support fund accounting, post-trade operations, financial reporting, and a variety of strategic projects. Additionally, you will work closely with both operational and technical teams to drive growth initiatives and help scale Voleon’s infrastructure. The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits. Our benefits package includes medical, dental and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, 20 days of paid time off, 9 sick days, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
