What You'll Do Here:
Lead and evolve our QA strategy, processes, and execution across all productsCollaborate closely with development leadership in a "QA shift left" approachWork with Squads and Team Leads to achieve quality objectives and improve testingmethodologiesDesign and implement comprehensive testing strategies including manual and automated testingFacilitate the development and implementation of API and strategic UI automation testingOversee and improve test case management, test execution, smoke testing, and desk checksImplement and enhance performance testing and scalability testing protocolsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to QA team membersIdentify opportunities for process improvement and drive their implementationHelp make high-level technical decisions related to quality assurance infrastructureExperience We're Looking For:
7+ years of QA experience in a product development environment3+ years in a QA leadership roleStrong experience with test automation frameworks and tools, particularly API automationExperience with test case management systems and test execution frameworksProficiency in performance testing and scalability testing methodologiesExperience implementing and managing automated testing pipelinesKnowledge of modern CI/CD practices and their integration with QA processesExperience working with cloud-based and hybrid-cloud architecturesUnderstanding of Behavior-Driven Development frameworks like CucumberExperience with operational activities - monitoring, alerting, reporting, etc.Background in training and mentoring QA engineersBonus Experience:
Familiarity with .NET & Vue.js and AWS environments a strong plusKnowledge and/or experience with AI in QA a strong plusExperience testing restaurant technology or POS systemsFamiliarity with testing UWP/Windows Store/Windows/WPF applicationsExperience with application monitoring solutionsBackground in DevOps practicesKnowledge of accessibility testingExperience with security testing methodologies QA Manager We Need
