As Newfront continues to grow, we are looking to add an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, this role will be responsible for company-wide recruitment efforts across all lines of business and products. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented who will be an advocate for Newfront’s culture while ensuring all candidates receive a world-class candidate experience.

This position is a salaried, exempt, full-time role. This is a US Remote-based role with the option to work from any of Newfront’s offices. #LI - Remote

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Full Lifecycle Recruiting + Stakeholder Management

    • Responsible for implementing Newfront’s full lifecycle recruiting process and strategies alongside the Talent Acquisition and People Operations (POps) Team.

    • Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers across Newfront to assess and determine hiring needs.

    • Work with hiring managers to understand and establish job and team requirements, create job-specific recruiting plans including interview questions and candidate assessments.

    • Attract active applicants by posting open jobs and placing advertisements. Work with the Sr. Manager of TA to prepare postings using requisitions and job descriptions.

    • Utilizing our ATS and automation where possible, manage the interview process by coordinating schedules and plans.

    • Work with the entire interview team to maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

    • Administer pre-employment programs, prepare background checks and conduct reference checks. Work with the People Operations team to prepare and extend employment offers.

  • Passive Candidate Sourcing

    • Source a high volume of passive candidates by using online and social media tools, company networking channels and centers of influence.

    • Create a pipeline of future candidates by conducting informational interviews and maintaining relationships.

  • Talent Branding

    • Partner with stakeholders such as the Sr. Manager of TA and the Marketing team to maintain and expand upon our Talent Brand.

    • Partner and lead initiatives such as Newfront sponsored network events, campus recruiting efforts, and participating in industry networking activities.

  • Applicant Tracking Systems + Reporting

    • Manage job and candidate activity using our ATS, Ashby.

    • Create, educate, and distribute reporting and dashboards to Talent + People Operations leadership in addition to Stakeholders.

    • Actively work to maintain clean and up-to-date data within the system.

  • Development + Project Work

    • Maintain professional expertise by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional/trade organizations.

    • Assist with miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.

    • May manage and/or train the next level down

    • Other tasks, duties or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.

  • 3+ total years of Recruiting or Recruiting Operations experience is required with a minimum of 1+ years of full lifecycle Recruiting experience.

  • 5+ years experience with advanced research and sourcing skills required with minimal reliance on job postings is highly preferred.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Advanced Boolean search techniques and proven experience identifying, contacting, and recruiting highly-qualified, passive candidates.

  • Extensive experience working and tracking within Applicant Tracking Systems. Experience with Ashby or Greenhouse would be a plus.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Have the means to understand both the big picture as well as the finer details.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to respond quickly to stakeholder or candidate questions in high-pressure environments.

  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple searches at once.

  • A deep sense of urgency and agility to work on tight timeframes.

  • A demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality throughout the interview process and ability to handle sensitive issues with integrity and professionalism.

  • Experience working both in-house and at 3rd parties (agency, retained search, RPO, executive search, etc.) is highly preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registration:

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification a plus

The pay range for this position in California, Washington, Colorado, and New York at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $85,800 - $134,000. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an “at-will position,” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
