We specialize in civil engineering recruitment, using our proprietary recruitment engine to transform how companies find top talent in this sector. We're consultants first, recruiters second - focusing on creating meaningful connections that power infrastructure growth across the USA.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, preferably in civil engineering or construction sector.
  • Demonstrated success in a sourcing role for a recruitment agency. Previous recruitment agency experience is required.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
  • Expert in social selling and network building via LinkedIn.
  • Confident and effective at making cold calls to potential candidates.
  • Strong understanding of the civil engineering industry and its talent landscape.
  • Highly organized with proven self-sufficiency in managing workload.
  • Commitment to process-driven recruitment methodologies.
  • Exceptional candidate qualification and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote environment.
  • Analytical mindset with capability to leverage our tech-driven recruitment technologies.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets.

    • What You'll Do:

  • Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating job offers, and onboarding candidates.
  • Sourcing: Source and connect with qualified civil engineering candidates through various channels, conduct strategic cold calling campaigns to engage passive candidates. Build and expand your professional network using LinkedIn and social selling technique.
  • Job Postings: Write compelling job descriptions and post on relevant job boards and platforms per our guidelines. Ensure job listings accurately reflect the required qualifications and company values.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within the civil engineering, construction, and potentially out-of-market center domains.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screenings, provide feedback to candidates, and coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring managers.
  • Networking: Engage with civil engineering communities, attend virtual events or webinars, and leverage industry contacts to find qualified candidates.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM/ATS and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
