As we continue our growth, we are seeking a driven Enablement & Onboarding Coordinator to support and enhance the onboarding process for our Go-To-Market (GTM) team.

The role:

As our Revenue Enablement Program Manager, you’ll support onboarding and learning programs for Amper’s Go-To-Market (GTM) teams: including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll assist in shaping role-specific learning paths, collaborate cross-functionally to maintain and improve training materials, and help drive consistency in how we onboard and grow our team.

You’ll be a key contributor in turning strategy into action by equipping the GTM team with the right content, tools, and knowledge delivered through thoughtfully coordinated and continuously evolving programs. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of relevant experience who’s excited about building learning experiences that make a measurable impact.

This is a hybrid-role with at least some time working from our Corporate HQ in Chicago, IL.

What You'll Do:

  • Support GTM Onboarding: Help guide new hires through a structured onboarding program to ensure a strong start and successful ramp.

  • Contribute to Learning Journeys: Assist in shaping learning paths that help GTM team members grow their skills and stay aligned with evolving goals.

  • Build & Refresh Curriculum: Work with GTM leaders and subject matter experts to develop, maintain, and improve training content like guides, presentations, and videos.

  • Coordinate Training Sessions: Organize live and self-paced learning experiences, and make sure resources are available and accessible.

  • Track Progress & Impact: Monitor participation, track enablement metrics, and share insights with the team to highlight areas of success or improvement.

  • Gather Feedback: Collect input from new hires and managers to identify gaps or opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience.

  • Support Ongoing Learning: Help drive initiatives like product training, team certifications, or skill-building sessions throughout the year.

  • Experience with GTM Teams: Experience working in or supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success teams is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of directly-related experience in sales enablement, onboarding and/or training coordination in a SaaS or technology environment is required.

  • Experience creating training materials, including presentations and guides.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with enablement tools and CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.

  • Experience in supporting or working with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) is highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits:

The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is $90,000-100,000 per year. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
