We are looking for a Senior Director of Marketing to lead and elevate our global marketing function across our holding company. This position is ideal for a hands-on marketing leader who excels at both strategic thinking and tactical execution. You will play a critical role in shaping our messaging, growing our digital presence, building partnerships, and driving lead generation through impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Leadership:
Develop and execute a data-driven marketing plan aligned with business objectives across multiple business units. - Digital Growth & Demand Generation:
Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including paid social, search, and retargeting. Optimize conversion funnels and identify new growth opportunities. - Content & Communications:
Drive content creation (email campaigns, blogs, whitepapers, videos, etc.) to support thought leadership, user education, and product marketing initiatives. - Email Marketing & CRM:
Own the strategy and execution for email marketing, including newsletters and automated flows to engage, retain, and convert our user base. - Social Media Management:
Oversee the planning and development of social media strategies, ensuring consistent engagement, brand voice, and follower growth. - Analytics & Optimization:
Monitor and evaluate key marketing metrics and KPIs. Use insights to continuously optimize campaign performance. - Partnerships & PR Support:
Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives, PR efforts, and cross-functional programs to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product, Sales, and Executive teams to align messaging, support go-to-market plans, and enhance the customer journey.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in digital products, SaaS, AdTech, or mobile/gaming tech.
- Proven experience driving full-funnel marketing campaigns and scaling brand presence across global markets.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with marketing dashboards and reporting tools.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for innovation and empowering developers or creators.
