We’re looking for a Senior Growth Product Marketing Manager (Enterprise) to drive revenue growth by identifying and executing high-impact marketing strategies for our enterprise segment. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between product, marketing, and sales, ensuring Deel’s value resonates with large, complex organizations. You’ll craft compelling narratives, optimize conversion across the funnel, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive expansion within our largest accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Positioning & Messaging: Create compelling narratives that highlight Deel’s enterprise differentiators, such as compliance, security, integrations, and global scalability

  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and expansion within both new and existing enterprise accounts..

  • ABM Strategy: Own the design and implementation of multi-channel ABM strategies targeting high-value enterprise accounts, aligning with Sales and Growth teams to personalize campaigns, landing pages and emails based on account-specific insights.

  • Funnel Optimization: Partner with demand generation and product teams to optimize conversion through the entire funnel—awareness, acquisition, activation, and expansion.

  • Enterprise Customer Insights: Conduct research, analyze data, and synthesize customer feedback to refine messaging and product strategy.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, growth marketing, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies.

About You

  • Experience: 5+ years of product marketing, growth marketing, or related experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or HR tech company.

  • Enterprise Focus: Experience marketing to large enterprises, understanding their buying processes, pain points, and decision-making dynamics.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to optimize marketing strategies and track success metrics.

  • Go-to-Market Expertise: Proven experience launching and scaling B2B SaaS products, with a focus on growth levers.

  • Storytelling Ability: You can translate complex solutions into clear, compelling messaging.

  • Collaboration Skills: You thrive in cross-functional environments, bringing together marketing, product, and sales teams.
