Job Summary
As a Senior Manager Product Design, you’ll serve as a key leader within the product team, shaping the portfolio roadmap and acting as a customer advocate. You’ll be part of a dynamic Product Development Organization, where you’ll lead in design, working collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Support and Customer Success to advance our portfolio of SaaS-based EHR, Practice Management and value-add solutions.
You will oversee a team, manage the design system, sponsor strategic initiatives and consult across the portfolio. Your role will include delivering high-quality, thoughtful design solutions, user research coordination and ensuring timely delivery of specifications to engineering teams. This position also provides hands-on opportunities to design and contribute to business-critical products while helping to transform the product design team using the Product Operating Model (POM) framework.
