Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud,Service Cloud, and custom modules.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex code, Lightning components, and integrations using APIs and middleware.
- Collaborate on Salesforce solution architecture, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and performance.
- Serve as a senior technical liaison between CRM leadership and teams in Services, Sales, Operations, and Data.
- Participate in governance, sprint planning, and program review sessions to ensure cross-team alignment and timely execution.
- Own CI/CD pipelines and version control practices for Salesforce deployments.
- Ensure all changes pass through proper testing, validation, and approval gates following agile and DevOps best practices.
- Implement data integrity controls and improve CRM data models to support reporting, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain real-time dashboards and reports that measure program KPIs and SLA adherence.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and admins.
- Lead the creation of technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support system adoption and compliance.
