We are currently looking for a motivated & ambitious Senior Producerto join our growing Production team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading one of our co-dev projects - DUNE. You will work throughout the last stages of production and lead the porting of the console. This is a technically complex project and will be mainly collaborating with 10-15 engineers.
This role presents an opportunity to leverage your experience within a growing team and directly impact our work-both on projects and how we work. You will have the chance to broaden your horizons with exposure to numerous AAA IPs.

Your Responsibilities:
Wrap up the production cycle, performance, optimization and shipping of the IP
Oversee the day-to-day activities of a project and drive the project’s quality and planning.
Manage production schedules, risks and dependencies between various disciplines.
Track progress towards deliverables and report on project status.
Facilitate constant communication between team members, departments and stakeholders.
Run daily stand-ups, chase actions, steer priorities and remove roadblocks.
Schedule and run meetings effectively and ensure outcomes are clear and followed up on.
Identify risks and dependencies early on to be able to mitigate accordingly.
Evaluate cross-discipline pipelines, improve processes and coach team members.
Effectively set and manage expectations between all stakeholders.
Manage the team’s happiness, health and productivity.
Guide teams to successfully delivering high quality products on time, in budget.
Coach and mentor other producers and evangelize best practices company-wide.
What You Will Bring Along:
Have 7 or more years of experience as producer or project/team manager, working with complex cross-disciplinary teams on high scale, high stake projects.
Experience working with engineering teams and lead one technically complex IP.
Shipped multiple games; at least one large, as (senior/principal) producer.
Have excellent leadership qualities, people- and soft skills.
