We are hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, data science, and machine learning/AI, and to partner with hiring managers to design structured, streamlined interview processes that allow us to efficiently identify and sign top-tier talent.

Responsibilities
Owning Full Cycle Recruiting: For Engineering, Data Science, and AI/ML, including significant market mapping and proactive outbound sourcing.
Partnering with Hiring Managers: from intake meetings to qualifications, feedback and scorecard templates, to offer negotiations and closing.
ATS and Continuous Improvement: Manage our ATS (Ashby) end-to-end, including stage design, automation, sequencing, email templates, tags, and reporting, as well as interview scheduling. Publish recruiting analytics to guide funnel health and process improvements.
Candidate Experience: Champion the candidate experience, including clear communication and logistics, and ensuring fair, consistent evaluation.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years technical recruiting in engineering, ML/AI, and data individual contributor and manager roles; proven success filling roles from entry-level to staff experience, including 3+ years at a VC-backed, early stage startup.
Strong knowledge of a modern ATS (Ashby preferred), including automation, reporting, pipeline hygiene, and outreach sequencing.
Hands-on use of AI tools for sourcing, candidate review, and communication, with judgment about where AI and automation are most cost effective.
Previous experience creating structured interview processes, scorecards, and rubrics, and to run interviewer training and calibration.
Track record of inclusive recruiting practices and building diverse talent pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting in health tech or other regulated domains.
Proven hiring for AI/ML specializations (MLOps/model development, deployment, validation).
