Your Team and Role
Working on the Talent Acquisition Functional Team, you'll play a key role in scaling our capacity to raise the standard of trust online by attracting top talent to our team, and work on related projects to help us improve and scale our hiring process.
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll own end-to-end hiring processes for multiple positions spanning all business functions. Acting as a strategic partner to company leaders, you’ll work across functional teams to deeply understand the skills, technologies, and team dynamics behind every opening. You’ll own end-to-end hiring processes with clarity and care, from role scoping and calibration through to offer, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and a great candidate experience along the way. You’ll be empowered to identify opportunities and drive projects that streamline, improve and strengthen how we hire.
About You
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including 3+ years as an in-house recruiter with end-to-end ownership of hiring processes at fast growing tech companies (experience at consumer product companies a plus).
Proven success in hiring for IT openings (e.g. software engineers, site reliability engineers, data scientists) and leadership positions.
Ability to quickly learn new functional fields and apply that knowledge by crafting highly effective hiring strategies and candidate communications.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience scoping and executing process improvement initiatives.
Compensation
$178,500 USD annually and stock options. Compensation is identical within professional levels, regardless of geographic location or team. Compensation for each professional level is transparent across the organization.

Please note that:
You’ll be required to attend meetings on camera via video conferencing
Expect to travel at least two times a year: once for our all-hands meetup and again for a team retreat (each around 4-5 days). While extenuating circumstances may impact attendance, everyone is strongly encouraged to attend.
While we offer a flexible work arrangement with no core hours, expect an average full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
