Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage existing WordPress websitesPerform regular website backups and restorationsManage domain records and DNS configurationsUpdate websites and troubleshoot hosting/server issuesSet up and migrate websites to new hosting environmentsProvide technical support to internal teams and external clientsWrite clear, user-friendly communications for non-technical audiencesPrioritise tasks effectively based on urgency and business impactCollaborate within a small technical team and take ownership of tasksMonitor website/server health using monitoring tools to proactively resolve issuesQualifications/Experience:Experience with website hosting, domain management, and DNS systemsStrong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScriptFamiliarity with WordPress CMS and cPanel environmentsSolid understanding of web server maintenance and backups
