The Software Engineer II role is primarily devoted to designing and developing next generation software for the Nextech product suite. In this role, you will work within a team of talented, motivated individuals who are passionate about developing high quality software products that engage users and enable them to work efficiently. The Software Engineer II has acquired technical knowledge, analytical, and problem-solving skills in more than one area of development and is able to show flexibility in the tasks that they perform. The ideal candidate is collaborative, curious, creative, versatile, organized, and is intrinsically motivated to continuously improve themselves and others around them.

Overview of the end-to-end interview process:
When a candidate profile is selected to proceed forward, candidates will receive an invitation with a link to complete a brief one-way video interview. This interview includes 3 questions and should take less than 15 minutes to complete.
When a candidate is selected to proceed forward after the One-Way Video Interview, they will receive an invitation and link to self-schedule a 30-minute TA Screen.
When a candidate is selected to proceed forward after the TA Screen, they will receive an invitation to be scheduled for a 45–60-minute Hiring Manager Interview.
When a candidate is selected to proceed forward after the Hiring Manager Interview, they will receive an email including the Take Home Coding Challenge. This challenge is completed by the candidate and submitted 3-5 days after receipt. Upon receipt, the team will evaluate the challenge and determine the next steps.
When a candidate is selected to proceed forward after the Assessment/Take Home Coding Challenge they will receive an invitation to be scheduled for a 60-minute team interview.
When a candidate has completed the Team Interview, the interview team will evaluate their decision to hire.
