About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our packaging team. This role focuses on packaging and print design. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creatively developing, visualizing, and executing packaging designs that resonate with our target audiences. You will drive the graphic language and strategy across various products, maintaining consistency and upholding high-quality standards in all deliverables. Reporting directly to the Head of Packaging & Industrial Design, you will work closely with other designers and production teams to create visually appealing and strategically sound packaging solutions.

You Will:

  • Design and Development: Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative packaging solutions. Create compelling graphic languages that align with brand identity and consumer expectations.

  • Strategy Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing packaging strategies that effectively communicate product benefits and enhance shelf impact.

  • Design Exploration: Conduct research and exploration activities to stay ahead of industry trends and integrate cutting-edge design elements into packaging concepts.

  • Production Management: Prepare and manage production files, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards. Oversee the production process to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the production, supply chain, brand, and marketing teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with business objectives.

  • Feedback and Revisions: Manage feedback loops, making timely adjustments to designs based on team input and consumer insights.

  • Project Management: Maintain timelines, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of professional design experience, specifically in print and/or packaging.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects that show expertise in typographic skills, layout, and emphasis on print design.

  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma. Proficiency in Keyshot or another 3D visualization tool is preferred.

  • Excellent understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, and color management.

  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.

  • Meticulous attention to detail coupled with strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to see a project from concept through to execution.

  • Experience with packaging and print production processes and preparing files for production.
