About the role:
As a Technical Product Manager, you will drive product development across our consumer-facing web applications and internal systems. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, growth, and clinical teams to deliver features that scale with our fast-growing user base. This role requires a strong technical foundation, an understanding of e-commerce principles, experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), and a keen sense for building data-informed, user-centric features.
Responsibilities:
Own and lead the roadmap for core product areas including onboarding, checkout, medication selection, and account management
Collaborate with engineers to write clear, technically sound product specs and tickets
Work cross-functionally to launch features that improve user experience, operational efficiency, and business KPIs
Define tracking requirements and partner with data/marketing teams to ensure robust data collection across platforms (web, email, paid, CDP)
Develop lightweight wireframes or prototypes to communicate product requirements and user flows
Prioritize work in an agile environment, balancing speed with thoughtful technical implementation
Monitor product performance and iterate based on insights from data, support, and user feedback
Requirements:
3–5+ years experience in product management, ideally in a fast-paced startup or DTC/e-commerce environment
Background in engineering, computer science, or a technical field (or hands-on experience working closely with engineering teams)
Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience running sprints
Experience with tracking/analytics frameworks, CDPs (e.g., Segment, RudderStack), and event schema management
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions
Familiarity with e-commerce or subscription-based product flows
Experience writing product specs and user stories with enough technical detail for engineers
Ability to create basic wireframes and user flows using tools like Figma, Whimsical, or Miro
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Nice to Have
Experience in healthtech or regulated industries
Exposure to experimentation platforms (e.g., Split, Optimizely)
