As a Technical Document Creator you will be expected to produce high-quality technical and end-user documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will work collaboratively with the Technical Services team (who install and maintain our products within the United Kingdom), the development team based in Mumbai, India, our system architect based in Hamburg Germany, product managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use.

Responsibilities:
Work with specialised product-related breakout groups to develop specifications for development to build fromDevelop automatically generated API documentation (from Swagger) into something more easily consumed by end usersProduce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audienceDevelop and maintain on-line documentation for our content management systemWrite easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guidesMaintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentationAnalyze documents to maintain continuity of style of contentTo be successful in this role, you will have:
Essential skills:Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentationProven experience of API documentationAbility to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detailAbility to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and picturesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeBasic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
Useful experience:University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
