The Role:

Prompt has an industry-leading Customer Success team in need of a highly motivated teammate to oversee onboarding of new hires. In this role you will lead comprehensive onboarding programs for all new hires of the Customer Success team.

You will work alongside our Client Experience Managers, Tech Support Specialists, Client Success Managers (CSMs), Billing Success Managers (BSMs), Educational Content Team, and Enrollment Team. You will report to the Manager of Client Experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive impactful training initiatives and shape the success of new team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ​​Become an expert in the Prompt software, its features, and functionality to provide accurate and effective training for new hires.

  • Develop, refine, and execute a comprehensive onboarding program for new Customer Success hires, ensuring consistency and alignment with company objectives.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period, providing new team members with the tools, resources, and knowledge required to succeed in their roles, focusing on both technical and soft skills.

  • Lead interactive onboarding sessions, including training on the Prompt Software, tools (e.g., our helpdesk platform, CRM platform, etc.), workflows, and best practices.

  • Track onboarding progress and provide timely feedback, ensuring new hires meet key milestones and adjusting training plans as necessary.

  • Partner with team leads and department leadership to ensure training programs address current challenges and align with company goals.

  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding and training processes, incorporating feedback from new hires and tenured team members to improve outcomes

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to keep training materials accurate and reflective of evolving processes.

  • Regularly participate in the customer support queue to stay up-to-date with the Prompt software and tools, using these insights to enhance training programs.

  • Develop metrics to measure the success of onboarding programs, such as time-to-productivity or new hire satisfaction scores.

  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to achieving team and company objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Healthcare Experience:

    • 2-5 years of experience in the Rehabilitation Industry preferred

  • Prefer 1-3 years of experience on a Support team, ideally training or onboarding.

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex software platforms

  • Must be highly proficient in both written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to lead meetings in order to educate new hires regarding processes and the Prompt Product

  • Able to communicate effectively across teams

  • Understanding and learning software must be a passion of yours

  • Highly motivated to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment where you will need to work outside normal working hours at times

  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects, shift gears quickly, and meet deadlines while maintaining professional composure

  • Comfort communicating to leadership for assistance when needed

  • Prepared to grow very quickly into your role and take on greater responsibilities as needed

  • Be comfortable owning your own workload

  • Proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Slack
