About the Role
As a Video Editor/Producer on our Brand Studio team, your contributions will be key in helping us distinguish and define Ramp as the brand leader in our category. The Brand Studio team is a multi-disciplinary team responsible for design, imagery, video, writing, and operations. We work on high-impact and foundational projects across the company—from shaping our brand voice and tone, establishing the design systems that underpin our website, brand advertising, sales and marketing materials.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in end-to-end video production—filming, lighting, audio, interviewing, editing, and creative storytelling—with a particular emphasis on post-production workflows. You'll be responsible for producing and editing videos featured across brand touch points like our website, events, product demos, marketing campaigns, and social media. Execute post-production tasks, including reviewing footage, assembling rough cuts, editing, color grading, audio adjustments, and final exporting.
Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
Create engaging short-form and long-form video content optimized for various platforms (YouTube, social media, website, etc.).
Collaborate with Creative Directors, Brand Designers, Motion Designers, and Project Managers to bring projects from concept to completion.
Occasionally work with external agencies and freelancers to maintain brand consistency and elevate storytelling.
Participate in video reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, helping to elevate the overall quality of the team’s work.

5+ years of experience in video editing and production, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the tech, entertainment, or advertising industries.
Expertise in video editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Cinema 4D/Blender (a plus), and Figma.
A diverse portfolio that demonstrates your ability to produce high-end commercial, social, and branded video content. Bonus points for hands-on experience in shooting video/films.
A deep understanding of storytelling through video, with a keen eye for emerging trends, techniques, and technologies to stay on the cutting edge of the industry.
