2+ years of experience in demand-gen related - campaign management roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS environmentHands-on experience with campaign tools like HubSpot, Smartleads, LinkedIn Ads, and ClearbitFamiliarity with sales-led funnel strategiesDeep understanding of B2B buying cycles, key personas (especially technical decision-makers), and ICP-driven marketingStrong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Marketing teamsProven ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsMetrics-obsessed mindset—you test, learn, and optimize relentlesslyWE OFFER
