As the product expands, we’re seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative (English&Spanish) to enhance our support team.

We expect our support agents to go beyond simply resolving user requests. You’ll also be invited to share ideas, improve processes, and help shape a customer experience that truly matters.
You will have the following tasks:
Identifying and analysing user issues and offering the best solutions in a clear and supportive manner
Answering frequently asked questions about the product
Handling payment-related questions and resolving financial issues
Providing customer support via tickets
Adherence to communication procedures, guidelines and policies
What is important for us:
Work schedule: local daytime or evening hours that align with 10 PM – 6 AM Kyiv time (exact hours may vary by country)
English language level: fluent
Spanish language level: fluent
Excellent communication skills and emotional resilience
Ability to adapt quickly and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset with a knack for generating valuable ideas
High level of responsibility, initiative, empathy, and customer orientation
Strong attention to detail
Personal computer and stable 24/7 internet access

Experience with Zendesk
