As the Director of Employee Relations reporting to the VP of People Experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive workplace culture across our global organization that supports employees to do their best work. This position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive employee relations policies and procedures that align with our organizational values. You will lead initiatives in governance related to HR matters, resolve workplace conflicts, address employee concerns, and conduct thorough workplace investigations.

Bringing a deep understanding of employment legislation, you will navigate and uphold both company and industry regulations, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration across our diverse workforce.
