Lead and deliver key IT projects, both internal and client-facingDrive cybersecurity enhancements, automation, and operational improvementsServe as a senior escalation point for complex technical support issuesPerform project scoping, documentation, and risk assessmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT service delivery standardsRequired Skills & Experience :
Professional Background:Proven experience in IT services and technical supportStrong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and vulnerability management
Technical Proficiency:Security Tools: ThreatLocker, Blackpoint, ImmyBotNetworking & Security: Cisco Duo, Cisco Umbrella, Cisco MerakiScripting & Automation: PowerShellCloud & Servers: Microsoft Azure (VMs), Windows Server (including RDS Farms)Backup Solutions: Veeam
