About the Job
We're seeking an experienced Product designer to drive our design process. In this fully remote position, you'll work with our cross-functional teams to build delightful consumer & client facing products and strengthen our position as a leader in the financial data API.
What You’ll Do
Oversee the user experience of our Consumer and Client facing products with product development team, comprised of Product Managers, Product designers and EngineersExperience leading various Consumer products including running design sprints to define and explore problems, content mapping, sketching, wire-framing, low and high fidelity prototyping, creating design concepts for brainstorming and approval in a timely manner and leading stakeholder reviewsShip valuable and high-quality work without sacrificing speedPropose and constantly look out for new concepts and ideasExperience conducting research to help develop empathy for our clients & users and advocate for their needs. Use data as one of the many tools to help inform your workStay current on emerging trends in online consumer behavior, technologies and designProactively solicit and provide feedback from designers, product managers & executive team in order to continually raise our bar for qualityWho You Are
Passion for solving product problems while balancing all facets of a user's experience7+ years of experience as a product design role, preferably Consumer productsAbility to look at API’s and prototype designs based on API’s and code from design to a mock easily.Use research and data as one of the many tools to help inform your workIdentifying users and their journeys before prototyping, keeping a pulse on competitors and constantly iterating on making product better.Drive User research & Client feedback session to make informed decisions before build.Proven ability to work in a fast paced company and meet deadlines, drive results while juggling many priorities and under tight timeframeExceptional ability to collaborate on product design and integrate feedbackProficiency in building intuitive design for native mobile and web applications as well as collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, Github, etc.Go getter?
