Responsibilities :
Provide 2nd & 3rd level technical infrastructure support or higher within our agreed SLA agreementsAdhere to Incident, Security, Problem, and Change Management processes as per company/organization and customer standards (ITIL Framework)Create and maintain technical documentation for company/organization customer environmentsProvide escalated support from our neighbouring support teamsCreate knowledgebase articles and process documentsProvide after-hours on-call assistance and/or escalation when requiredAssist with the generation and review of customer Monthly 365 / Intune reports, along with presenting and discussing the findingsTo be successful in this role, you will have:
Mandatory:Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in an M365 role Strong Understanding and Working Experience in Microsoft and Other Key Security Domains:Knowledgeable of M365 Admin Centres, configurations, tools, processes, and operationsManage Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune / Autopilot etc.)Manage Microsoft 365 governance and complianceManage Microsoft 365 Defender SuiteM365 environments and technologies (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams etc.)Hybrid Environments using Microsoft 365 ServicesUnderstanding of Microsoft 365 Lighthouse / Partner Centre
Desired:Previous experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP)Microsoft development experience with GRAPH, PowerShell scripting, GitHub, Power AppsImplement Microsoft/Office 365 servicesAccess & Privilege Cloud PlatformsModern Work management around Apple support servicesWintel experience around servers and Active Directory services
Qualifications:ITIL certificationAppropriate tertiary qualifications and/or IT industry certifications with “Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert” as mandatory, or have one of the following prerequisites:Endpoint Administrator AssociateTeams Administrator AssociateIdentify and Access Administrator AssociateSecurity Operations AssociateInformation Protection and Compliance Administrator AssociateAny other valid Microsoft certificate is desired
