We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a female professional based in the Philippines with a solid background in project management and operations. You’ll work closely with our creative, marketing, and executive teams to ensure smooth project execution and efficient day-to-day operations.

About the Client

The Role

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage digital projects from concept to delivery

Assist in managing ongoing content projects for monthly clients

Monitor task completion, timelines, and team performance across the project pipeline

Support task delegation and follow-through by coordinating with team member

Respond to client text messages related to project updates and timelines (all phone calls will be handled by the founder)

Maintain clear documentation and updates in project management tools

Assist the main Project Manager and the Founder with administrative and operational tasks

Prepare updates and reports for leadership

Help streamline internal workflows and operational processes

Identify roadblocks and propose solutions to keep projects on track

Support hiring and onboarding processes as needed

Requirements

Female candidate based in the Philippines (preferred)

2+ years of proven experience in project management and/or operations

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced digital environment

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, Asana)

Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment

Able to work both independently and collaboratively

Nice to Have

Experience working with creative or marketing agencies

Familiarity with social media, content creation, or digital marketing processes

A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for team collaboration
