The SVP, Americas Sales will drive StackAdapt’s ambitious growth strategy by leading the go-to-market approach for the mid-market, growth sales, and political sales teams across the Americas. This role is centered on achieving significant revenue growth through strategic new customer acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and optimizing sales effectiveness within a rapidly growing sales organization of 180+ team members. Collaborating closely with multiple departments to achieve impactful results, this leader will report directly to the CRO.
We seek a dynamic, results-oriented leader who embodies StackAdapt’s values and leadership principles. The ideal candidate is a proven builder with extensive experience operating at scale, managing diverse teams, and making data-driven decisions. They should excel in fostering a positive, high-performance culture while demonstrating strong operational rigor.
Candidates with a history of managing P&Ls in the hundreds of millions, leading teams of 100+ members, and achieving exceptional revenue growth and cultural health scores will thrive in this role. Previous experience as a General Manager (GM) or Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), along with leading mid-market and inside sales teams at scale, would be highly beneficial.
