Job Description

  • Own and lead the go-to-market strategy across the entire customer lifecycle—from acquisition to expansion—for our B2B SaaS product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company growth goals and revenue targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer segments, market dynamics, competitive positioning, and SaaS industry trends to inform strategic planning and drive differentiated market positioning.
  • Identify emerging opportunities, shifting buyer behavior, and market trends to adapt GTM strategies that capitalize on whitespace and mitigate competitive threats.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to design and execute integrated GTM motions that improve lead quality, shorten sales cycles, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Launch and optimize scalable GTM programs to support new product rollouts, vertical-specific plays, and global market expansion initiatives.
  • Build messaging frameworks, enablement content, and strategic narratives that clearly articulate product value and differentiation to both internal teams and external audiences.
  • Empower revenue teams with data-driven insights, sales playbooks, and field-ready materials to improve win rates and drive consistent pipeline growth.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to customer-facing teams by providing actionable feedback on product-market fit, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Own the GTM performance dashboard—track pipeline velocity, conversion rates, activation metrics, and ARR impact to optimize initiatives and communicate progress to executive leadership.
  • What we expect from you?

  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Previous experience in the travel, eCommerce, and retail industries is a big plus!
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Customer Onboarding, Solution Consulting or Implementation in a B2B SaaS.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience, leading a team of Customer Onboarding, Solution Architects or Solution Consultants.
  • Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking in English
  • To show us that “you’ve got what it takes” to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level
  • Proven oral and written communication abilities, positive and energetic phone skills, and exquisite listening skills. We’ve got clients all over the world!
  • To be a self-motivated and savvy tech bug, always in search of savvy solutions and ideas to improve our relationship with our clients
  • To cherish one of our core ethos: care. You’ll need to care for our clients and make sure they feel at home with our products and our around the clock support
