As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to customers, helping resolve their issues while also working on the development and maintenance of our SaaS product. This role will have a dual focus, requiring you to troubleshoot user issues as well as improve and extend the functionality of our platform using Laravel and Vue.js, with a significant emphasis on mobile development.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support for users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our SaaS platform.

Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end issues.

Lead technical onboarding for new users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the platform.

Develop and enhance mobile functionality, optimizing user experience across devices.

Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix bugs, ensuring smooth platform performance.

Assist with feature updates and testing, improving user experience and product functionality.

Maintain detailed documentation of common support issues, resolutions, and product updates.

Communicate with customers via email, chat, and support tickets to provide clear, helpful guidance.

Manage version control using GitHub, collaborating on platform improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Web Developer, with demonstrated expertise in Vue.js (essential).

Strong skills in Laravel.

Substantial experience in mobile development and responsive design.

Experience in help desk or technical support, preferably in a SaaS environment.

Knowledge of AWS is highly regarded.

Excellent communication skills, with ability to effectively onboard new users and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

Experience with GitHub for version control.

Ability to multitask between support tasks and development work, managing priorities effectively.
