The Press Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Media Relations team by overseeing media monitoring, assisting with the distribution of press releases and media pitches, and creating and updating media contact lists. The Press Assistant also compiles comprehensive reports on PR initiatives and manages administrative tasks such as reporting, filing, scheduling meetings, coordinating interviews, sending placements to clients, and providing logistical support, ensuring the smooth operation and effectiveness of the Media Relations team.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday)
